     2. [T]he ultimate success of Blu-ray depends [on]...whether most people can even see the difference between a high-definition DVD image and a standard definition one.
        My view: I don't think most, people would notice, but first, give us content that's worth watching. Sports in HD is awesome, but current technology is sharp enough. A lot of folks already made a huge investment in new HDTV monitors and equipment. Now they're saying it's still not enough. A few more lines of resolution on a crappy movie... I can't see how a significant price increase is worth it.
