US Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld says he knows of no "strong, hard evidence" linking Saddam Hussein and al Qaeda...[b]efore the war on Iraq, Mr Rumsfeld had told the world there was a definite link between Osama bin Laden's terror network and Iraq's leader.
