Politics, White Supremacism Past Imperfect: The GOP Invention

The party responsible for Emancipation and the 15th Amendment is now the party responsible for illegally disenfranchising black voters in 2000 ? and the one threatening to do so again in 2004. This might be tragically ironic, but it's not accidental.
