(No "outsourcing to India" spoken here. But the thing about this article that really got me is the part where it suggested that Wal-Mart's IT operations are about three times as complex as that of the U.S. Navy. Either that's an omen to make thoughtful folk scurred or positive proof that the end of the world is near. Think only in hyperbole and slapstick comedy.)
