Ho, Ho, D'oh! Blogger Cracked for Christmas
As reported on MetaFilter, Blogger has been cracked. It appears that Blogger stores users ftp passwords in plaintext, so the safe assumption is that all Blogger users ftp passwords need to be changed immediately. (BoyCaught loves the concept behind Blogger, but feels that the security model was flawed from the git-go, and that's why he stopped using it. But of course, he didn't wipe the FTP information from Blogger account. Aww, snap! For the record, not a Blogger-basher, BoyCaught donated to Blogger back when they were a "rock group," and would have paid for the service at one point. Good looking out to all the neo-Bloggers and Pyrates ... of which BoyCaught's baby-bro is one.) »

BoyCaught thinks that in most scenarios, especially in the dating stage, telling the (whole) truth gets an erstwhile trustworthy guy nowhere, when it involves a woman.
