One Year Ago Today ...
... this weblog, [caught In between], inspired by the lyrics of a Level 42 song, began, 5 years after BoyCaught launched his personal site, mostly to shop his resume around for web gigs (got those), and 4 years after he helped one of his best friends launch one of the coolest NFL player sites ever (imho). Stay tuned over the next few weeks as BoyCaught reflects on blog-lessons learned in 2000, because there were more than a few. In the meantime, to add to your bandwidth woes, this last post of the year includes a link-by-link listing of all the sites, blogs, and pages [cIb] pointed to in the year gone by. After all, a blog is nothing without its links, the meta-thing, right?[cIb] is a hobby, a playground and a learning lab for BoyCaught. For those who check it out on the regular, please come back in 2001, because there are big plans -- mainly involving a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff like XML, OPML, RSS, SQL, ColdFusion, ad nauseum -- that promise to make the blog really sing. Oh, and by the way: Happy New Year!
